Unicorn Blood Hot Sauce
1 lb of Peppers (cayenne, hababero, jalapeño, ghost pepper)
1 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Preparation: Choose the peppers that you desire. Blend all peppers to a rough chop. Pour vinegar over peppers. Let sit in a bowl for 48 hrs. Blend again and strain. Bottle the sauce and let sit overnight.

Bacon Jam
1/2 cup Bourbon
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 cup Sorghum
2 oz shallots
1 oz garlic
1 tbl smoked paprika
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup tamari
1 1/2 pounds bacon
Preparation: Chop shallots and garlic and sweat them in a sauce pan with olive oil. Add paprika and stir. Add bourbon and cook off alcohol. When alcohol is cooked off add sorghum and bring to a boil. Add Brown sugar , tamari and vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce for several minutes about 5, and take off the heat. Chop the bacon into thin strips about 1/4" wide. In a separate saucepan sweat the chopped bacon until its almost crunchy and the color is dark and caramelized. Drain bacon fat and reserve for another recipe. Add bacon to the bourbon reduction and finish. Add to your favorite food.

Fresh Handmade Pasta
4 cups Flour
6 whole eggs
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a well and form a ball. Wrap in plastic and let rest at room temperature for about and hour. Then cut the ball into discs and place into the pasta press and cut into whatever shape you want.
